• The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the number of participants provided during booking is accurate. The game experience is designed for the specified number of players per booking, and additional participants beyond the reserved group size may not be accommodated. Misrepresenting the number of players may result in cancellation or additional charges.
  
• All bookings are final and non-refundable.
